DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
We pride ourselves in providing a service from us to your home. Your location and order size may impact the cost and time in which we can deliver your orders.  Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:
WESTER CAPE CITY AREAS
4 to 8 business days
GAUTENG, TSHWANE CITY AREAS
6 to 12 business days
RURAL AREAS
7 to 14 business days


DELIVERY HANDLED BY OUR NATIONAL LOGISTICS PARTNERS
To meet our delivery requirements in the best way possible, we use preferred service providers we have selected and entrusted who deliver anywhere within South Africa
Our National delivery partners are only able to offer delivery to your front door and will not assist in the removal of packaging or placement of the piece in your home. 


DELIVERY POLICY
Unless otherwise quoted or agreed in writing, LINEN & MYRRH is not responsible for delivering the Products and the Customer is responsible for all costs related to the delivery of the Product.
The Customer acknowledges that delivery dates given in advance are estimated and will be made subject to prior orders on file with LINEN & MYRRH.
LINEN & MYRRH will do its best to ensure that delivery is completed as soon as is reasonably possible after the estimated delivery date. 
If the Customer, due to some fault of its own, cannot accept or should it be requested LINEN & MYRRH in writing to suspend or delay delivery of the Products, LINEN & MYRRH reserves the right to claim any additional costs involved from the Customer.


DELIVERY CHARGES
There is provision to get an estimate of shipping costs to your area at the check-out point.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Our policy is to keep you informed. When your order is dispatched, we will contact you by email and/or SMS with the relevant tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. For larger orders consisting of bulky or fragile items, you will also receive a call from us to confirm a suitable time for delivery. 

 

RETURNS
Upon delivery, all risk of the products shall pass to the Customer. 
The Customer shall immediately upon receipt of the Products be allowed to inspect the Products and the Customer must inform LINEN & MYRRH of any damages or errors immediately by way of photo’s and written notice via e-mail. 
Any of the Products delivered to the Customer in error will only be considered for return provided that such Products are undamaged, have not been tampered with in any way and are not defaced in any way.
If the Customer, due to some fault of its own, cannot accept or should request LINEN & MYRRH in writing to suspend or delay delivery of the Products, LINEN & MYRRH reserves the right to claim any additional costs involved from the Customer. 
Products sold may only be returned within 3 days of invoice date, upon presentation of a receipt and on condition they are returned in their original condition undamaged.
Customer may not return Products that have been discounted, are on sale or that has been, customized, create or altered specifically to a Customer’s requirements.
We provide a return policy on all items purchased from our website. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 3 days for a full refund less the freight cost. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Once we receive the returned products, we will issue your refund within 72 hours.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Customer may cancel a Contract prior to a shipping notification being sent. Should a Contract be cancelled after a shipping notification has been sent a shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 


SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.
If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online or via email.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for your order once delivered if you select this option.

If you are comfortable with having your order left without the carrier obtaining a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions box when placing your order online. Should you choose this option, please note that we take no responsibility for orders left unattended.
